Third Dance Meeting in Bursa, Turkey ♦ 11th - 15th November 2014
♦Students and teachers from Ireland, Germany and Italy will travel to Bursa in Turkey for the third Take a Chance: Let's Dance! meeting.
♦Student profiles have been prepared so that the new students can become familiar with each other before they meet.
♦Dance routines are being practiced based on art and poetry.
♦Have a great trip all!
Tuesday 11th November
Arrival Day

Wednesday 12th November
First Day
♦09.00 Meeting at the schol, presentation and organization of the day
♦09.30 Leaving school
♦10.30 Bursa City tour
♦13.00 - 14.30 Lunch
♦15.00 - 16.00 Visiting Town Hall of Bursa
♦16.00 - 19.00 Visiting The Great Mosque (the major Mosque of Bursa and a landmark in early Ottoman architecture), City Museum and Historical Covered Bazaar
♦19.00 - 20.30 Dinner
♦20.30/21.00 Visiting the Dervish Lodge of Karabas-i Veli Cultural Centre and watching whirling Dervishes and dance show
Thursday 13th November
Second Day
♦10.00 Meeting at school
♦10.30 - 11.00 Visiting Town Hall of Gemlik
♦11.00 - 12.00 Having a walk on the seaside and visiting a small town " Kumla"
♦12.30 - 13.30 Lunch
♦14.00 - 17.00 Dance workshop at Cultural Center
♦17.30 - 18.00 Meeting about the new programme and visiting held in Ireland
♦19.00 Dinner in Atatepe Restaurant
Friday 14th November
Third Day
♦10.00 - 10.30 Meeting at school
♦10.30 - 11.30 Dance workshop at school
♦12.00 - 13.30 Lunch
♦13.30 - 18.30 Trip to Iznic, Nicea (a very important centre for Christianity remaining from 4th century)
♦19.30 Dinner at Atatepe Restaraunt
Saturday 15th November
Departure Day
♦Saying goodbye to host families and friends
♦All delegations returning home
Monday 17th November
Back to School
♦Tired, but tanned and happy!
